I have always viewed bundled lots together for a price draws a bigger buyer pool, then if they where marketed alone. Let me explain, If you have a few build-able lots and you try and sell each lot it's self? You fall into the huge pool of other lots for sale and get lost in the shuffle. If you bundled the lots of 4 together. The first time home buyer that may need help with financing a lot may have an incentive, for lets say Dad to help with the purchase and give each one of his kids a lot and keep one for himself (specially if they lots are located somewhat close together) Most Family's like to be relocate near each other specially moving here from out of state.
