Sanibel Island Florida real estate. I was out showing property last week on Sanibel Island and I wanted to stop by the condo development I that lived a a while. in fact on vacation on sanibel island for over 10 years before buying a guld access waterfront home in Cape Coral Florida.
I know Sanibel Island very well after spending so many years on the island. The fishing, shelling dinning and the golf on the island. There are also some foreclosures that have recently pop up on the market and are a very good deal considering the real estate market on Sanibel has really held its value compared to a lot of other cities in southwest Florida.
One of the prime locations is at the very south end of the island near the Sanibel Island Light House. The beach and the fishing pier are both a short distance out your back door! The view across the back bay to Fort Myers is always a great view of dolphins, wild life and all shapes, sizes ,and styles of boats heading out to the gulf of Mexico.
