Have you heard the term, “boomerang buyers?” It is a relatively new term created to describe buyers who had to lost their home due to foreclosure and short sales during the market crash from 2006 to 2009

These past home owners are returning to the real estate market. These buyers used to own homes, but lost them during the great down turn. Now, after spending years recovering from the huge credit hit they took, they are NOW IN A POSITION TO BUY, Specially how the rental market is now currently performing. 

 Season is almost here! My sellers that recieve dammage from Hurricane Irene will be relisting their home this season.

 If you’re buying a home, you are likely going to get some competition from these buyers. Prices should go up slightly as a result, even as other market forces (really tight supply) of homes for sale.'
